Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an HR leader to align business objectives with employees and management across designated groups. You will partner with the HR function to deliver value-added services reflecting organizational goals and to support two or more groups of increasing complexity.

You will guide managers on performance, compensation, and training, interpret policies, and manage complex employee relations issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR, SPHR, or related HR Certification preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with business group leaders to stay informed of the group needs and inform them of HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance, compensation, recognition programs and training.
• Interpret HR policies for supervisors and counsel employees on work-related issues.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
• Conduct research, analyze data and prepare recommendations on assigned projects.
• Partner with the broader HR team and share best practices to enhance HR performance.
• Participate in orientation of new employees and conduct exit interviews to understand attrition trends.
• Recommend strategies to motivate and engage employees and support change management.
• Assist in implementing processes related to career development, staffing, ethics and performance management.
• Work with management to improve work relationships, morale, and productivity.
