Phoebe Putney Health System seeks an HR Business Partner to oversee HR processes for designated facilities and service lines. You will be the main HR contact, delivering guidance on practices, compliance, and employee relations, including coaching staff and management, EEOC matters, and investigations.

You will partner with leadership on workforce planning, restructures, and change initiatives to support clinical growth and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Master's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources required.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR guidance and consultation to management to support objectives.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance.
• Lead investigations and handle complex employee relations issues.
• Partner with leadership on performance management and coaching.
• Support workforce planning and change initiatives.
