Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including HR business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner and primary contact for managers and associates.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
• Lead talent acquisition activities including workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design and succession planning.
