Qualifikationen
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP leadership.
- Experience supporting Commercial organizations in biotech/pharma or life sciences.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
