Job summary

X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead talent processes, coach managers, and advocate for associates at its Grand Rapids campus. You will collaborate with the HR team, drive change, and ensure compliant, inclusive HR operations in a global, high-impact environment.

Reporting to the VP of Global HR, you will engage in talent development, coaching, performance initiatives, and employee relations while leveraging the Veralto/VES framework to improve business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience supporting people leaders and associates.
• Experience coaching managers to enable an inclusive, engaging culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent processes within client groups and champion talent moves.
• Provide counsel to people leaders and teams, ensure compliance with local law and policies.
• Develop action plans to address HR KPI gaps and coach managers on process execution.
