Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to partner with business units across the region and drive strategic HR initiatives.

The role focuses on aligning HR programs with client needs, coaching managers, and supporting organization design and performance processes. You will work with global COEs, lead workforce planning, calibration, and succession processes, and champion a culture of engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience using Workday to support HR operations.
• Ability to form relationships with the business as a trusted advisor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR programs and processes (performance management, planning, talent, laws).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive initiatives aligned to BU or Regional Strategy.
• Act as organizer between the HRBPs and global COEs to align HR programs with client needs.
• Provide HR policy, process and/or program advice and coaching to employees and managers.
• Drive projects in the annual HR plan across the global HRBP team for HR initiatives.
• Complete ad-hoc projects with cross-functional HR/Partner teams.
• Collaborate with COEs and Ops to deliver HR programs regionally and functionally.
• Drive communication and sharing of best practices to improve processes.
• Identify improvements with Global People processes for sustainability/scale.
• Act as a culture champion to drive engagement regionally and functionally.
• Support HRBPs in strategic workforce planning, calibration, succession, organization design, change, culture.
