Halff Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to guide senior leaders on people strategy across multiple locations, including Florida and Georgia. You will align HR programs with business goals, drive talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

This role requires a seasoned HR professional with 10+ years of BP experience, strong communication, leadership coaching, and deep HR knowledge of practices and employment laws. Travel up to 20% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR Business Partner or related experience.
• 5+ years of Employee Relations experience.
• Experience in mid-to-large organizations or engineering consulting.
• Strong leadership coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assess organizational structure and talent needs to drive leadership development and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and compliance with laws.
• Partner with recruiting to develop talent acquisition strategies and improve retention.
• Develop and implement performance management processes and coaching for managers.
