Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR practices with business objectives and support a diverse workforce. This role acts as a consultant to leadership, champions employee relations, and drives strategic HR initiatives across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, local/state/federal employment laws; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements HR practices and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serves as an employee champion and change agent to drive organizational objectives.
• Provides guidance to management on workforce planning, strategy and HR policies; coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements; ensures compliance for day-to-day HR activities.
• Partners with stakeholders to assess gaps and develop diversity and inclusion initiatives.
