Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client's U.S. HR team. This role will serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, while also remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR activities.

The HRBP will partner with business leaders on people strategy, employee experience, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention, HR operations, and people analytics.

This is a combination of strategic and tactical HR responsibilities, with opportunities to contribute to broader regional and global HR initiatives. The role will support U.S.-based employees and may interact with teams across the Caribbean, Central America, Latin America, and the global HR organization in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

Business & People Strategy

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives.
  • Translate business objectives into effective workforce, talent, engagement, and employee experience strategies.
  • Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, culture, change management, and employee-related decisions.
  • Partner with leaders on annual workforce planning, budgeting, merit, and talent review processes.
  • Identify people-related risks and opportunities involving capacity, capability, engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
  • Coach leaders and strengthen accountability for employee engagement, culture, and people outcomes.

Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture

  • Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
  • Use employee feedback, data, surveys, pulse checks, and other insights to identify engagement risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and change communications.
  • Coach managers on practices that improve engagement, trust, inclusion, psychological safety, and performance.
  • Ensure employee experience considerations are incorporated into organizational and policy changes.
  • Partner with business leaders on talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational capability, and future skill requirements.
  • Support hiring strategies and role design based on current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on competitive and equitable compensation and offers.
  • Help develop effective onboarding and early-tenure programs to improve productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Contribute to leadership development and succession planning.

Employee Relations & HR Risk

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Coach leaders through sensitive or complex employee situations.
  • Identify and manage people-related risks involving performance, retention, engagement, leadership behavior, and compliance.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, objectivity, ethics, and professional judgment.

HR Operations & People Analytics

  • Support effective HR operations and governance of HR systems, including HumanZ and ADP.
  • Maintain HR data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Analyze and report on headcount, hiring, attrition, engagement, workforce costs, and other HR KPIs.
  • Prepare executive-level HR reports and ad hoc people analyses to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve HR processes.
  • Support employee inquiries, vendor coordination, budgeting, merit cycles, and workforce planning.
  • Provide local HR support for the expatriate employee population.
  • Develop and improve HR policies, processes, procedures, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable broad HR role.
  • Successful track record of partnering with senior leadership on HR and people initiatives.
  • Experience supporting both strategic and hands-on/tactical HR responsibilities.
  • Strong experience with employee relations, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent initiatives, and HR operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting HR/workforce data.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
