Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business goals across designated units. You will advise leaders, champion employee experience, and drive workforce planning, coaching, and compliance with labor laws.

The role requires 4+ years in HR, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proven ability to influence decisions within a matrix organization while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws; experience with employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Executes HR practices and strategies across multiple domains including organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organization design, and change management.
• Fosters an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, high performance, and diversity inclusion.
• Serves as primary point of contact for leadership and employees in assigned departments; guides workforce planning and HR operations.
• Maintains compliance with governmental and labor laws; partners with legal department as needed.
• Manages complex employee relations issues and develops policies to align workforce with goals.
• Anticipates business issues and uses analytics to drive solutions and inform stakeholders.
