Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years progressive HR experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide HR guidance on staffing, employee relations, policy administration and performance management.
• Consult with HR Manager to ensure solutions comply with policies and laws.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend actions with HR Manager guidance.
• Manage leaves of absence and worker’s compensation claims.
• Oversee annual performance review tracking for hourly employees.
• Promote Ace Values and maintain a positive employee relations environment.
