Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a strong Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner to support multiple operational locations and advise leaders across sites. This role focuses on strategic partnership, workforce planning, recruiting leadership, and employee relations to align people practices with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in HR, 3+ years leading HR/Recruiting teams, and experience with high-volume hourly workforces in logistics.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or HR leadership.
• 3+ years leading HR and/or Recruiting teams.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces in logistics or multi-shift environments.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, documentation, and compliance experience.
• Ability to coach leaders through performance, accountability, and ER challenges.
• Experience with workforce planning, staffing models, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, regional, and functional leaders to align people practices with business needs and translate priorities into HR actions.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing strategies, and succession risk management across locations.
• Oversee recruiting priorities, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and ensure fair, compliant practices.
• Coach and develop leaders, driving accountability and performance management.
• Use HR data to identify trends, present dashboards, and recommend workforce improvements.
• Standardize HR processes, documentation, and governance across locations.
• Support engagement and culture initiatives to improve employee experience.
