Job summary

TalentBridge is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire an experienced Human Resources Business Partner in Monroe, NC. The role supports key leaders, aligns people strategies with business goals, and drives strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle, lead talent development, succession planning, employee relations, and change management, while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, distribution, engineering, or other industrial environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Coach managers on employee relations matters, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
