Job summary

ATI is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Specialty Materials Business Unit at the Monroe, NC plant. You will provide HR support for manufacturing operations, engaging in employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, succession, and workforce planning.

You will drive organizational effectiveness, lead change, coach leaders, and help manage performance, development, and compliance in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist/business partner experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for Manufacturing Plant Operations.
• Engage in employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, succession, workforce management and organizational development.
• Align HR principles with business objectives.
