Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, supporting managers and employees.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience across HR areas including employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary HR partner to assigned leaders and departments, understanding teams, priorities, and workforce needs.
• Partners with leaders to incorporate workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning into business decisions.
• Drives performance management through quarterly check-ins, goal setting, and development conversations.
• Coaches managers on interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions; supports onboarding and early employee integration.
• Maintains diversity of thought and ensures fair, consistent HR practices while balancing employee and organizational needs.
