Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, supporting managers and employees.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience across HR areas: relations, performance, talent, planning, and acquisition.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and investigations.
• Experience coaching managers through performance and development discussions.
• Experience partnering with recruiting teams and supporting hiring decisions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link people decisions to business outcomes.
• Ability to challenge leaders respectfully and communicate clearly.
• Highly organized with competing priorities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to assigned leaders, managers, and departments.
• Involve HR early in business decisions rather than reacting after decisions are made.
• Participate in workforce, project, organizational, and budget planning discussions.
• Translate business priorities into practical people strategies with HR leadership.
• Use workforce data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proactively raise trends, concerns, and recommendations.
• Balance the needs of employees, leaders, and the organization with sound judgement.
• Plan staffing levels, critical skills, talent gaps, promotion readiness, succession needs.
• Identify high-potential employees and development needs; support onboarding.
• Coach managers on interviewing, evaluation, and workforce planning.
• Support performance management and development conversations.
• Address employee relations issues with timely, fair resolution.
• Lead organizational development and manager enablement programs.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operations to drive impact.
