Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Lead HR Business Partner to join the People Team in Kansas City, MO or Ann Arbor, MI. You will advise senior leaders, drive workforce strategy, and lead organizational design and talent planning for a global enterprise.

You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, lead cross-functional HR projects, and mentor other HRBPs as part of a high-impact team driving workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 5 years supporting leaders in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce strategy.
• Drive HR programs and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Own core HR processes in partnership with Centers of Excellence.
• Develop workforce and talent strategies for critical roles and succession.
• Design scalable structures aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic consultation on workforce challenges and people decisions.
• Use HR data and analytics to guide planning and decisions.
