LEVOLOR, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team. You will own core people processes end-to-end, influence senior leaders, and drive accountability across the organization.

You’ll partner with executives to translate business goals into talent strategies, manage performance and compensation, lead employee relations investigations, and use data to drive decisions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a true business partner capacity supporting director-level or above stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building or overhauling HR processes — not just executing someone else’s playbook.
• Deep employee relations experience, including investigations and complex performance situations.
• Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Comfort with data and data tools and demonstrated ability to build a narrative from data.
• Experience in a lean HR environment where you’ve had to be both strategic and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to enable business outcomes and translate goals into talent strategies.
• Own and elevate core HR processes: performance, compensation, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Drive leader accountability and ensure timely decisions and development plans.
• Handle employee relations investigations with sound judgment and documentation.
• Use data to track turnover, engagement, performance distribution, and time-to-fill to inform decisions.
