Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle HR support and partner with management to drive business results.
• Develop workforce strategy and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Advise managers on performance management and coach on employee relations issues.
