Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 9 years of progressive HR experience in multi-functional, international environments.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
• Strong advisory and partnering skills with leadership.

• Develop and lead HR strategic planning with senior leaders.
• Provide expert counsel on employee relations and investigations.
• Drive recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.
• Lead region-wide Change Management initiatives.
