Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of human resources experience.
• At least 3 years of client facing or consulting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project or process management.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement talent strategies to support the organization's goals.
• Build effective working relationships with business leaders and develop a deep understanding of business imperatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functionally with HR partner teams to execute on HR imperatives, talent strategies and programs.
• Execute cyclical HR processes including performance and talent management, and all-associate surveys.
• Work with leaders on day-to-day problem solving for HR related issues.
• Leverage people data to inform talent strategy and provide insights.
• Coach leaders on leadership skills, organizational design, and talent management.
• Contribute to priority initiatives across the broader ERO team.
