Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of client-facing experience or 4 years of consulting experience or a combination.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, HRBPs, and partner groups to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting.
• Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to align HR solutions to business needs.
• Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners who require assistance on HR-related issues.
• Coach people managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns.
• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups and deliver an HR strategy aligned with business needs.
• Support core HR processes from performance and talent management to change management and org design.
• Support senior leaders on building inclusive teams and a culture of belonging.
