Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting
• Partner with clients to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and align HR solutions with business needs
• Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners on HR-related issues
• Coach people managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns
• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within the business
• Support planning and delivery of core HR processes including performance and talent management, leadership development, and change management
• Support senior leaders on building an inclusive, diverse team and a culture of belonging
