Qualifications

• 7+ years of client facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, HRBPs, and partners to execute on HR strategy and reporting
• Build relationships with clients, manage stakeholders, and align HR solutions to business needs
• Consult with associates and managers on HR-related issues
• Coach managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns
• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning aligned with business needs
• Support core HR processes: performance, talent, leadership development, change and org design
• Advise senior leaders on building inclusive teams and fostering belonging
