Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the AS Functions HR team in Clearfield, Utah. The role requires collaborating with Mission Assurance leaders, driving HR strategy, and managing multiple HR projects from inception to close.

The successful candidate will support talent and performance management, employee relations, and organizational development across client groups, reporting to the HR Manager 2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: align HR strategies with business goals.
• Project Management: lead multiple HR projects from inception to completion.
• Talent & Performance Management: drive talent identification and development initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Culture: advise leaders and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Collaboration: work with COEs across compensation, ER, legal, and organizational effectiveness.
