Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and HR experience, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. Travel up to 15% and on-site work are expected; salary ranges are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with geographically dispersed Global Supply Chain leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements.
• Talent & Performance Management: Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
• Communication: Effectively engage with a geographically dispersed leadership team, demonstrating strong cross-cultural awareness.
