Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to support the AS Functions HR team in Clearfield, Utah. This full-time, on-site role partners with leaders to develop HR strategies, drive performance, and manage employee relations across multiple client groups.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years HR experience, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of Human Resources experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Mission Assurance leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Project Management: Lead and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion.
Talent & Performance Management: Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted advisor to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
Collaboration: Work with COEs and HR peers to deliver seamless HR solutions.
