Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support Central Region Manufacturing & Operations from Clearfield or Magna, UT. You will partner with HR teams to implement talent strategies and drive organizational effectiveness in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include data-driven advisory support to leaders, managing multiple HR projects, and backing labor relations for represented employees while ensuring a compliant, respectful workplace.

Responsibilities

Establish intimate understanding of the business, building partnerships across HR and COEs.
Support HR colleagues in operations, talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop solutions with leadership and COEs.
Advise leadership on assessment, development, compensation, onboarding, change management and communications.
Present data concisely to enable growth and informed decisions.
Provide business insight through data analysis and benchmarking.
Lead change by aligning human capital strategy with growth and risk taking.
Support leaders to manage talent and accountability for results.
Project manage multiple HR initiatives across different HR work streams.
Back up HRBP for labor relations with represented employees.
