Job summary

Peoples Gas System in Florida (Tampa) seeks a seasoned Director of Corporate Strategy to guide long-term direction, risk management, and strategy execution in a dynamic energy landscape.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team, lead strategic planning, and mentor a high-performing team while aligning initiatives with enterprise objectives and stakeholder needs.

Travel may be required as part of coordinating across TECO Energy and affiliate groups.

Qualifications

• 10 years combined experience in strategic planning, strategic analysis, collaboration, leading teams, and working with senior management.
• 5 years of leading people or project teams.
• Preferred MBA and gas utility experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, communication, and execution of strategic priorities with senior leaders.
• Drive enterprise risk management, business continuity, and risk assessments.
• Monitor industry trends and develop future-focused scenarios.
• Prepare executive and Board-level presentations and strategic communications.
• Coach and develop strategy team members and cross-functional teams.
