• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or similar certification preferred.
• 5 years of related experience in HR roles, including labor and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for labor and employee relations and provide operational support to HR partners.
• Lead investigations and present findings to leadership with recommended actions.
• Coordinate union negotiations, grievances, and arbitration processes as required.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor contracts.
