Tampa Electric Company is seeking a Director HR Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for human resources service delivery across the organization. You will guide the HR Business Partner and HR Operations functions, advising executives and managers on workforce, employee relations, and labor matters.

In this role, you will lead enterprise talent programs, strengthen governance, and ensure consistent application of people practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR advisor to officers and leaders on workforce and labor matters.
• Lead HR Business Partner function and ensure proactive consultation and alignment.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce plans into staffing and change actions.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, and governance.
• Guide HR Operations to deliver efficient, compliant administration and service.
• Lead employee experience and change initiatives with the talent COE.
