Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a job-related field and 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees to provide direct service resolving HR issues, including payroll, time and labor, and benefits.
• Initiate and track hiring proposals, draft offer letters, onboard new hires, and complete I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Process personnel changes in HR systems, including reappointments, tenure, and pay adjustments.
• Support benefits administration, leave management, and employee data accuracy for compliance.
• Assist recruitment efforts and coordinate interviews and postings across departments.
