Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking an HRBP Associate who will support leaders and employees across a broad set of HR initiatives, processes, and employee relations at our Greensboro, GA site. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and collaboration with HR and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years HR experience, and familiarity with Workday and SAP/S4; SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR or related experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of HR functions with strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Workday and SAP/S4 systems experience preferred.
• Onsite role; Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm or 6:30am–3:30pm; Greensboro, GA plant.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and employees with HR initiatives, operations, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper personnel records (Workday).
• Provide high level administrative support to Plant Manager, Supervisors, and HR team.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and safety processes as needed; assist with training.
• Coordinate safety records and SAP Verifications and reporting.
