Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consultative support to business units on HR practices (Employee Relations, Performance Management, org development, engagement)
• Mediates employee conflicts and conducts investigations
• Reviews HR dashboards and trends; partners with leadership to address issues
• Provides guidance and interpretation on HR policy
• Partners with HR Centers of Excellence to support enterprise goals
• Builds strong relationships with operations to understand needs and issues
• Leads in implementing HR policies and initiatives
• Delivers HR-related training for new leaders and teams
