Job summary

The Human Resources Benefits & Compliance Analyst at cFocus Software Incorporated plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory and internal policy adherence across benefits and compliance activities. You will manage audits, reconciliations, and benefit programs to support a compliant workforce.

You will work with Paylocity, bSwift, and Procas to streamline processes, while coordinating with accounting and HR teams to drive remediation plans and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, employee benefits, HR compliance, risk insurance, or compensation.
• Experience coordinating between accounting and HR teams is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems to support audits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile Service Contract Act, PTO, and Benefits data.
• Develop and implement improvements to compliance tools and processes.
• Coordinate with accounting for reconciliations and financial controls.
• Support I-9/E-Verify and government reporting requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of governing laws and regulations at federal/state level.
