The position emphasizes compliance with applicable regulations and the ability to analyze data for decision-making. Essential duties include advising on HR strategies, maintaining data and reporting, and supporting program design and implementation within the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3 years of HR experience required; more can substitute education.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local HR laws and practices.
