Job summary

ADP is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to join our Austin team in a hybrid role. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve complex business challenges and improve client outcomes.

You’ll travel within the assigned territory, build strong relationships, and help clients optimize HR processes while benefiting from ADP’s extensive training, growth opportunities, and a culture that values inclusion and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results.
• College degree preferred but not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's products/technologies.
• Solve client problems with a broad perspective and provide information, best practices, and training.
• Communicate with clients to set priorities, organize work, multi-task, and deliver prompt follow-up.
