Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or HR analytics.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data, and technology solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering with both business and technical teams.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP, or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to identify business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business challenges into requirements, user stories, and solution recommendations.
• Develop business requirements, process maps, acceptance criteria, and documentation for dashboards, data products, workflow automations, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and analytics teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Analyze HR data and processes to support decision‑making, operational efficiency, and workforce insights.
• Support product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, user adoption, change management, and training activities.
• Contribute to business cases, ROI analysis, governance activities, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
