Qualifications

• Three years of human resources experience; OR
• Six years of full-time experience in any field; OR
• A bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Administer time and leave programs and maintain accruals.
• Process Leave Without Pay and FMLA cases; monitor usage.
• Ensure Form I-9 compliance and E-Verify transactions.
• Administer workers' compensation claims and related records.
• Handle employment verification requests and separations.
• Provide backup coverage and support HR operations.
