Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a strategic HR AI & Digital Transformation Strategy Lead to shape and execute enterprise HR AI initiatives and own the HR data architecture for scalable analytics and automation.

This role partners across IT, Legal, Finance, and vendors to ensure compliant, secure data practices and effective AI adoption. You will translate complex AI concepts for executives, drive governance, and guide the evolution of workforce technologies that empower HR to deliver

Qualifications

10+ years in data strategy, analytics, or architecture for HR.
Experience designing data infrastructure to support AI/ML use cases.
Strong data governance, metadata standards, and access control knowledge.
Ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

Operationalize the AI in HR strategy and own the HR data layer powering AI-enabled tools and analytics.
Shape data strategies and architecture for AI pilots and long-term initiatives with governance in mind.
Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and vendor teams to evaluate AI data practices and ensure responsible use of HR data.
Translate complex AI, data, and architectural concepts into clear narratives for executives and non-technical audiences.
