Job summary

You will coach executives, lead organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliant, data-driven HR practices across the business units. A progress-focused communicator with five+ years of HR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of relevant HR experience.
• Broad HR expertise including relations, talent, planning, and compliance.
• Success aligning HR solutions with business needs.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Advise and coach leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Participate in senior staff discussions on people implications of strategies.
• Diagnose workforce challenges using data and trend analysis.
• Develop practical HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Guide performance management, development, and sensitive employment matters.
• Conduct employee-relations investigations and support compliance with laws.
• Contribute to HR programs, policies, and enterprise initiatives.
• Build partnerships across HR to deliver integrated solutions.
• Understand supported business units' goals and culture.
