Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services in West Des Moines, IA seeks a Recruiting Consultant to partner with field leadership and drive agent recruiting, onboarding, and retention across eight states. You will educate candidates about the opportunity, develop sourcing strategies, and coordinate onboarding through contracting.

The ideal candidate brings a college degree (communications or marketing preferred) and 3+ years of recruiting, marketing, or related experience, plus strong relationship-building

Qualifications

• College degree (communications or marketing preferred) or equivalent, plus three (3) years of relevant experience required.
• Recruiting, communications and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Must have analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate candidates about the Agent opportunity and develop compelling value propositions.
• Assist with development and implementation of marketing strategies that support Agent recruiting.
• Consult and coach field leadership on sourcing, recruiting strategies, and centers of influence development.
• Build collaborative relationships with field leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting processes and best practices used to support field leadership.
