• Proven effective relationship and consultative skills with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, including cold calling and social networking.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; detail oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Engage candidates through the recruitment and selection process so they are fully educated on the Agent opportunity.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support Agent recruiting.
• Consult and coach field leadership on sourcing, recruiting strategies, and centers of influence development.
• Build collaborative relationships with field leadership, key business leaders, and stakeholders.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sourcing and recruiting processes and best practices used in supporting and training field leadership.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and vendor/candidate relationship through sourcing to contracting stages.
