Job summary

Iris Iris Software Group is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver practical HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle. You will work with HR Business Partners and clients to support contracts, policies, employee relations, and organisational change, while providing expert guidance on HR matters.

Travel to client sites when required and deliver HR training both virtually and in person. A CIPD qualification or progress toward it is preferred, with strong MS Office and HRIS skills to support

Qualifications

• A good understanding of HR principles and people practices.
• Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support organisations with contracts, policies, employee relations and organisational change.
• Review, update and develop HR policies in line with legislation and best practice.
• Onboard new HR consultancy clients and deliver HR training/workshops (virtual and in-person).
• Assist clients with HR technology and software solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and ensure service levels are met.
