Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a remote HR consultant to standardise and elevate internal HR frameworks for a growing public relations agency. This role focuses on employment documentation, performance management, and career development across the employee lifecycle.

You will draft contracts, onboarding, KPIs, and leave records; implement annual performance reviews; and drive alignment and compliance in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HR consulting or advisory within professional services environments.
• Hands-on experience drafting contracts, setting KPIs, executing labour processes, and establishing performance review procedures.
• Capability to operate independently and deliver results within a fully remote setup.
