Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Four (4) years of HR experience.
• Experience with Texas workers' compensation rules, statutes, and law preferred.
• Experience administering benefits including FMLA and ADA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with senior leaders on HR program analysis and administration.
• Resolves complex HR-related issues and implements corrective actions.
• Advises management on HR issues and policy interpretation.
• Trains managers and supervisors on HR topics and procedures.
• Maintains and analyzes HR data and prepares management reports.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies.
