Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive labor-management advisory services to all levels of management.
• Coordinate and implement the classification and compensation program for graded and wage-grade positions by giving advisory opinions and conducting position management reviews.
• Assist management in job analysis to develop qualification requirements and evaluation techniques per OPM criteria.
• Advise on actions related to personnel programs affecting work operations.
• Promote effective employee management relations and guide disciplinary programs and grievance responses.
