You will provide professional guidance to managers and executives on employment, compensation, and HR operations, delivering strategic support across programs and policies.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, policy compliance, data analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will train leaders, manage data integrity, and work onsite at multiple AUS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field plus three years HR experience.
• One additional year may substitute for education up to four years.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR management in planning, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating major HR programs.
• Counsel management and employees on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
• Implement HR programs, processes, and strategies; monitor results and drive improvements.
• Provide training to managers and supervisors on HR topics and procedures.
• Develop and maintain management reporting to support decision making.
