Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking an HR Advisor to provide employee relations guidance within a hybrid Plano, TX environment. This role partners with managers to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals and drives retention and performance improvement.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR advisory work, with strong communication, negotiation and data analysis skills. Expect cross-functional collaboration, confidential investigations, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources with advisor level responsibility.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HR systems.
• HR certification/preference supported by experience.

Responsibilities

• Advises and educates managers on performance management and counseling processes.
• Analyzes HR metrics with business data to identify improvements and implements solutions.
• Educates on HR policies and processes and supports retention initiatives.
• Handles employee relations issues, investigations, and policy clarifications.
• Maintains relationships with managers and teams with discretion and confidentiality.
