FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations professional to advise and support management and staff on policy interpretation, investigations, and compliance with federal and state laws.
You will guide managers through discipline, assist investigations, coordinate with HR partners, and help recruit and manage employee relations processes while maintaining confidentiality.
This role requires occasional travel and a proactive approach to improving workplace relations across the organization.
Provide support to Employee Relations Advisors and all levels of employees ensuring education and compliance of company policies/procedures and applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
